Both countries offer woman-owned business certification to small businesses that are majority owned and managed by women, acknowledging these businesses as key drivers of their economies.
In the U.S., the Small Business Administration offers certification to woman-owned small businesses (WOSBs). Women Business Enterprises Canada Council (WBE Canada) is a Canadian nonprofit organization that certifies businesses as Women Business Enterprises (WBEs).
We’re proud to be a woman-owned business, and to support other women and minority-owned businesses. We’re especially proud of Modus co-founder and partner Carrie Okizaki’s leadership within and many contributions to the energy industry.
