100 MW Wind Project

Modus supported the planning, vendor selection, project assessment, project controls and oversight of a 100 MW wind farm built in South Central Kansas. The project ultimately finished on time and on budget.

280 MW Solar Power Plant Project

Modus provided project management advice, claims and expert witness services for a subcontractor on the project who experienced significant delays and added work due to the mismanagement of the EPC contractor. Modus helped its client to mitigate the delays developed its claim and dispute resolution strategy against the EPC contractor. The claims were resolved to the client’s satisfaction in a private arbitration.
