Modus co-founder and partner Carrie Okizaki served as one of the editors for a new book, Construction Checklists, Second Edition: A Guide to Frequently Encountered Construction Issues, which was just published by the American Bar Association.
The book is a collection of essential checklists developed by the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry that address the wide-ranging aspects of a construction practice. Construction lawyers can use the checklists as quick reference tools for drafting contracts, litigation, and providing advice to clients.
